Exploding-Box Gazebo Card

 

Hi, Hope you all are doing well. 

This is an exploding box card I made for my brother-in-law's wedding as a gift. Wanted to give them something unique as they are very special. 

Lots of trial, error and frustration while making this card. Finally this is the result. 

Love the way it turned out, even with all its mistakes...

Learned a lot while making this card. 

The gazebo itself was taken from Designs by Miss Mandee. 

The cake, stand and the box were designed by me. The height of the box is about 6.5 inches and the width is about 3.75 inches. The box has 4 pocket to put notes and so on. 

The writings are done using foil & foil tool on cricut.

Materials used: Glitter card stock, Pearl textured card stock, double sided foam tape, glue, accents...

and of course my Cricut Maker to make it happen.

Spring Owl Box Card

Hi Everyone, hope you all are doing well.

I am here again with another Spring themed box card. I thoroughly enjoy making cards with little intricate details, so that every time you look at the card you find something new.

It folds flat for easy mailing. This is again made using my Cricut maker. The butterflies were cut using a punching machine set I have had... I don't know maybe for 8 to 10 years I guess.   

At the back of the card I for the golden border I used Foil transfer kit for maker and drew with purple glitter pen using the drawing option. You don't have to use either of them if you don't have any.

 

 Hope You enjoy this card as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Flower Box Card

 

Hi Friends!

 For my very first post I wanted to show you this flowery box card I made few weeks ago. I made it because it reminded me of spring and all the colours it brings along with it. It was for my daughter's music teacher as a get well soon card. 

I like the idea of pop up box cards because of their 3d effect. Most of the images are from Cricut Design space. I used Cricut maker to cut. The card can be folded flat and put in an envelope for easy mailing. 

Hope you Enjoy this card as much as I Enjoyed creating it!!
